- Rate of Pay: $17.00- $21.00 dependent on education/experience

Position Description: Oversee entire Education component, supervise education staff, serve on community boards, assure Head Start Performance Standards and all licensing requirements are met. FULL JOB DESCRIPTION CAN BE READ AT THE HEAD START CENTER.
Requirements: Minimum of a BA or an AA and willing to enroll in a BA program. Prefer a BA in ECE or related field. Working knowledge of Head Start Performance Standards Childcare Licensing regulations, TS GOLD, Creative Curriculum and NAEYC Accreditation process preferred. Pleasant and positive attitude, ability to work in a fast-paced program, computer skills utilizing Microsoft products, good communication skills and detail-oriented.
